Delivery is quoted for each order. The charge depends on the destination, the weight, and whether the goods are in stock in Nairobi or still to be brought in.

• Ask for the delivery charge before you confirm the order, or add Delivery Service at checkout when you want us to arrange transport.
• Stock items are dispatched first. We tell you the expected arrival window after payment is confirmed.
• Orders that must be ordered in take longer. We confirm that timing before we proceed.
