Returns & Replacements Policy

At SolarBridge Africa, we value your trust and strive to ensure that every product you purchase meets your expectations. Our return and replacement policy is designed to offer you a smooth, transparent, and customer-friendly experience.

Eligibility for Returns

  • Products can be returned within 7 days of delivery if they are defective, damaged, or not as described.

  • Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and accompanied by a valid proof of purchase (invoice or order number).

  • Products such as cables cut to custom lengths or clearance items are not eligible for return.

Process for Returns or Replacements

  1. Contact our support team at support@solarbridge.africa with your order details and reason for return.

  2. Our team will review your request and arrange inspection or collection of the item.

  3. Once the product is received and verified, we will process:

    • Replacement for the same item (if available), or

    • Refund through your original payment method.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Installed electrical components or batteries showing signs of use.

  • Products damaged due to improper handling or installation by unauthorized personnel.

  • Customized or special-order items.

Damaged or Wrong Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a prompt pickup and issue a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.

Warranty Claims

Many of our solar and electrical products come with a manufacturer’s warranty. Warranty service will be handled as per each brand’s policy, and we will guide you through the claim process.
